Vedam Enclave is divided into two Blocks (A & B) with each Block having 36 apartments. In each Block, there will be 9 apartments in each floor, out of which, two apartments will be three bedrooms and seven will be two bedrooms apartments. Thus Vedam Enclave will have 16 three bedroom and 56 two bedroom apartments.

The apartments are Vasthu and Manai Adi Shastram compliant. Designed for maximum natural light and cross ventilation, two large atriums have been catered in the design. Besides two lifts and two staircases have been provided for in each Block and both the blocks are inter-connected.
