will have 52 Three Bedroom Apartments ranging from 1570 to
1886 sq ft. Each apartment is so designed that it will be
open from three sides without having to share a common wall
with your neighbour. The design provides for two 8 passenger
lifts, emergency staircases and atrium over the corridor to
provide maximum natural light and cross ventilation.
The
Stilt Floor is reserved for car parks and there will be four
floors above. Each apartment will get one reserved car park.
There will be covered and open car parks as well as car parks
