Cost Details:
The cost of the apartments will be Rs 5000 per sq ft. The cost includes the undivided share of land, cost of the apartment, amenities and one car park as stated above.

Payment Schedule:
  Booking Charges   30%  
  On Registration   Registration Charges plus Corpus Amount  
  On Completion of GF Roof   15%  
  On Completion of FF Roof   12%  
  On Completion of SF Roof   12%  
  On Completion of TF Roof   11%  
  On Completion of Plastering   15%  
  On Finishing   05%  
     
 
Proportionate Sales Tax will be payable with each installment which will be intimated
 
 
All charges as listed out above will be payable at the time of Completion of Plastering Stage
 
 
No Escalation in prices once Agreement is signed
 
 
Project completion by June 2011
     
 
Monthly Maintenance Charges will be required to be paid for the following, which will be intimated in due course:
   
   
 
House Keeper
 
Garbage collection and disposal
 
Security
 
Electricity charges for common areas lighting, lift and other areas
 
Capital Expenses Account for any capital expenses that may be required to be met. This will be charged every month
 
Payment of electricity, phone bills and property tax payment
