NEWS LETTER SHENBHAGAM ESTATES 1/2008
Vanakkam. Since
the last News Letter that was sent on 14 September 2007,
following is the progress of work in Shenbhagam Estates:
Details of the project:
Area: 5.88 Acres
No.of Plots: 69
No.of Villas planned: 66
Villas with Ground Floor: 44
Villa with First floor: 22
General Progress of the Project:
Out of the 69 Plots, the registration
has been completed for 68 plots.
As informed in our earlier News Letter,
the basic infrastructure works has been carried out.
The sewage and water pipe lines have been laid, the
Solar Street light have been put up. The first layer
of the WBM for the Road work has been completed.
The progress of work
is as follows:
- Construction work is going
on in all the Villas for which Registration has been
completed.
- Water pipe line connection has
been given to every plot
- OHT - the first level tank roof
cover slab is under progress
- Water Sump work for the entire
colony has been completed
- CLUB HOUSE (Second Innings) -
Columns upto lintel level have been completed. Brickwork
upto basement has been completed. The earth filling
will be started immediately.
The progress of work is given
below:
- Ground floor roof slab
has been cast for 53 villas. First floor roof has
been completed for 11 Villas.
- Roof tiles have been completed
for 21 Villas
- Internal and External Putty work
under progress - Single coat carried out for 18 villas
and Double coat for 01 villa
- Thermal coating for roof has
been completed for 29 villas
- Door frames fixing has been completed
for for 40 villas
- Plinth protection brick work
for 30 villas have been completed
- Plumbing carried out for 10 villas
- Electrical conduits have been
completed for 30 villas
- Internal and External plastering
completed for 40 villas
- Plastering under progress in
07 villas

- We once again take this opportunity to inform you
