• Villas ranging upwards of 862 Sq ft to 1433 sq ft of plinth area
• Design of villas will provide sloped roof Ground Floor as well as First Floor Type villas in designated areas (See Layout Page)
• Designs of villas shown are only indicative and can be modified to suit one’s requirements so long it does not affect the structure and is approved by our Consulting Architect. The elevation of villas shown is subject to decision of the Architect
• Larger sized villas can be constructed to suit one’s requirements. Additional cost for such designs will be required to be paid
