Note:
- Cost given above includes cost
of land, villa, infrastructure, amenities and for
the Technical Specifications spelt out
- Cost is subject to change
- Registration cost (Stamp Duty),
Plan Approval, Electricity connection (Three Phase),
House Tax assessment, Siruvani water charges will
be additional and will be spelt out in the Offer Letter
and also included in the Agreement to be signed
- Statutory Taxes like Sales and
Service Tax will be additional and will be required
to be paid proportionately along with each installment
- Changes in Specifications/design
will incur additional cost which will be intimated
before signing of Agreement
- Cost mentioned above is for the
land area and plinth area of the villa as shown above.
Changes in areas of land and the plinth area of the
villa will entail payment of additional amount which
will be intimated in our Offer Letter
- All additional costs are to be
paid along with the final installment
- There shall be NO escalation
in cost after signing of Agreement
- Plots in Exclusive Area will
cost Rs one lac per plot additional

Note:
- All payment are to be made in
favour of Covai Property Centre (India) Pvt Ltd
- Cost above includes cost of land,
villa, infrastructure and amenities
- Sales Tax and Service Tax as
per rules will be additional and payable with each
instalment notice.
- Registration/stamp duty for land
cost will be extra
- One Time Corpus Fund of Rs.30,000/-per
plot to be paid at the time of registration
- Following costs will be
additional and will be payable on completion and delivery
of the Villa.
- House Tax Assessment and
Payment of House Tax For 6 months - Rs. 15,000/-
- TNEB connection/Deposit for
3 Phase connection Charges - Rs. 25,000/-
- Siruvani Water advance -
Rs.20,000/-
- Plan approval charges - Rs.
20,000/-
- Except for Corpus Fund, all other
amounts shown are approximate. Exact amount will be
indicated in due course
Housing
Finance:
The project is approved by the Director of Town and
Country Planning, Chennai vide Approval NO 123/2006.
You are eligible to take housing loans from leading
Housing Finance Companies and banks subject to eligibility
criteria. We shall provide all necessary assistance
in processing of loan applications of those who are
eligible for housing loans
