Structure: STUB COLUMNS
with plinth level bracing for villas. Framed structure for Apartments.

Flooring: Vitro Crystal/Non Skid Tiles

Staircase: Flame Treated Granite with rough finish

Joinery: Main Door Teakwood frame with Teak Panelled shutter, polished on both sides. All other doors will be moulded skin flush doors. UPVC Windows will be electro painted aluminum shutters with Mosquito proofing.

Sanitary Fittings: White/Pastel Colour from Hindustan Sanitary ware. Bathroom fittings from Jaquar or equivalent brand

Water Supply Arrangements:

  • Common water supply
  • Water softening arrangement for Bore Well water (RO Plant)
  • Waste Water Treatment Plant and re-use of treated water for gardening of common areas (STP)
  • CPVC Pipelines

Kitchen: Polished Granite Kitchen tabletop.Glazed ceramic tiles Dado up to 2 feet with
Jaquar or equivalent Kitchen Sink tap. Arrangements for Washing Machine in Utility/Balcony.

Toilets: Non-skid ceramic tiles for flooring. Pleasing coloured Glazed Ceramic tiles up to 7’ height above floor level. Sanitary Fittings from Hindware/Parryware. Bathroom fixtures from JAQUAR or equivalent brand. Health Faucets from Jaquar or equivalent brand. Grab rails.

Electrical:

  • Concealed wiring, TV and Telephone cable from Finolex/E FAB
  • Modular Switches. 3-phase power supply. MCBs and Phase Changers.
  • Generator for common areas
  • UPS/Generator arrangement for Villas and apartments
  • Solar Street Lights from Tata BP Solar or equivalent brand
  • Telephone and Broadband connectivity arrangements

Painting: Smooth finish for inner walls with putty and primer. External walls will be finished with Exterior wall paint of good quality from ASIAN Paints APEX or equivalent brand.

Compound Wall: Common compound wall as per design. Villas with low level compound wall

Security:
24X7 Security, Intercom Facility, Access control arrangements.
