Adinath is planned for Chennai at Vandalur on
GST. The project site is just 2 kms from Vandalur
Railway Station, opposite to Sri Ram IT Park.
It is 5 kms from Tambaram and only 10 kms from
the Chennai Airport. There is a fly-over connecting
the GST to the location of the project which is
nearing completion (3 more months only).

sq ft and Rs 39.60 for 1029 sq ft. Taxes,
levies and registration charges will be additional.
Out of the 258 apartments only 220 are being sold.
The remaining 32000 sq ft is being converted to
air-conditioned amenities. Besides you will be
able to use the common amenities developed by
Adinath for their project but their residents
cannot use your amenities as Serene Adinath will
be a Gated Community within the Gated Community
of Adinath Santiniketan. The entire complex will
