We have been involved in creating quality comfort and
retirement homes for senior citizens for the past five
years in Coimbatore. Our Comfort and Retirement Homes
are like resorts, meant to provide care and are NOT
OLD AGE HOMES. We already have constructed
166 villas that are occupied. 32 more villas are under
construction. Another 210 dwellings along with an Assisted
Care, Alzheimer Care Centres as well as a Nursing Home
with diagnostic facilities, Doctors, Nurses, Care Givers
etc will be ready by 2012. By 2012, Coimbatore will
have over 400 dwellings in which we will take care of
over 600 senior citizens.
Our current projects in Coimbatore for the care of Senior
Citizens include Soundaryam , Santhosham
& Shenbhagam. These are not old
age homes but facilities for senior citizens of Middle
and Upper Middle Class who desire quality in life and
