Santhosham Retirement Homes is an extension of Soundaryam Comfort Homes. Spread over nearly 4 acres, the community will house 32 families.

The residents of both the communities will be able to enjoy the facilities that have been created for Soundaryam & Santhosham.

Based on similar lines like Soundaryam except that the villas are larger in size, the Project is fast nearing completion and is expected to be fully operational by March 2008
