Spread over 12.35 acres, RVS Shruti will be a Gated Community in the mould of Project GEM Nirmaalayam. The project is expected to be launched in June 2010. The Project Approval from DTCP Chennai has been obtained (DTCP Approval No 51/2010) and we have also obtained Environment Impact Assessment Clearance from Pollution Control Board Chenai which is mandatory vide Ministry of Environment & Forest (our approval can be seen in the website at http://www.tnpcb.gov.in/SEIAA_Tamilnadu.htm (Serial No 118).
Nature of Project:
RVS Shruti is a Group Housing and a Joint Development Project between the land owner Dr KV Kuppusamy, Chairman RVS Group, a well known Group which runs a large number of educational institutions like Schools, Colleges, Hospitals etc and Covai Property Centre (I) Pvt Ltd, an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company.
Spread over 12.35 acres of land at Kannampalayam, one km short of Sulur, a suburb of Coimbatore on Trichy Road, the Project when completed will house 94 families in villas and 200 families in apartments. Besides it will have complete basic infrastructure and amenities as spelt out in the succeeding paragraphs.
Location
The location of RVS Shruti is on the National High Way to Trichy, which is now being converted into Four Lanes (work is under progress). Connected to Coimbatore through the newly constructed Road over Rail Bridge at Ondipudur, the location is about 14 kms from the city of Coimbatore, close to the Air Force Base at Sulur. It will take only 15 mins to travel from Ramanathapuram Junction in the city when the Four Laning work is completed shortly.
The location is about 4 kms from the Coimbatore By-Pass Road, which gives easy and fast access to Avinashi Road and to Palakkad Road. The location gives multiple options to reach Coimbatore Airport which is about 15 minutes drive from RVS Shruti. Besides a By-pass road from Sulur to Mettupalayam has been sanctioned so that you can visit Nilgiris without going via congested streets of Coimbatore.
Sulur has a large Air Force Base and a number of educational institutions of RVS Group, which include two schools, 13 colleges including Dental, Arts & Science, Polytechnic, Engineering, Ayurveda, Sidha Medicine etc as well as Hospitals, clinics etc. Sulur has all the facilities for shopping and restaurants.
The location is RVS Shruti is in the midst of residential localities. There are roads all around the perimeter of Shruti and plenty of water is available.
The Sulur Lake, which has boating facilities is just one km from the location of RVS Shruti

- Villas: (Total
94 villas):
- Villas are basically of three types named as A, B & C.
- A Type is about 2500 sq ft, B is about 2200 sq ft and C is about 1800 sq ft.
- While A & B Types have three bedrooms, C Type will have only two bedrooms.
- The land area varies from about 2600 sq ft (5.97 cents), 2400 sq ft (5.51 cents) and 2275 sq ft (5.22 cents) for A, B, C Type villas respectively. Land area may vary due to lie of the ground.

- These are also of three types - A , B & C. There will be four Blocks for A , two Blocks of B and one Block for C Type.
- Type A Apartment has only two bedrooms.
- Type B will have two and three bedroom apartments.

- Super Built up area varies from 976 to 1379 sq ft for two bedroom apartments and from 1456 to 1513 sq ft for three bedroom apartments.

colony will be taken care of by Covai Property Management
Services (P) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary Company

charges as well as electricity, water, sewage connection
charges including incidental and service charges will be additional
