Light Engineering Hub at Coimbatore

Covai Property Centre is proud to be associated with the Indian Multi-national engineering giant Larson & Toubro Limited at Coimbatore.

L&T Ltd is currently setting up their Light Engineering Hub near the L&T Bypass Road in Coimbatore at a cost of over Rs 350 crores. Covai Property Centre was tasked to create the initial basic infrastructure over an area of approximately 300 acres at a cost of about Rs 200 lacs. We developed the land, built compound walls and fencing as well as landscaping, preparation of the Inauguration Monument, basic road formation cutting etc.

At the inauguration ceremony our Company’s contribution for the development of the land was appreciated by none other than the Chairman and Managing Director of L&T Ltd, Mr AM Naik.

Corporate Office of L&T Ltd

Covai Property Centre was also tasked to create additional office space as well as create the Recreation Centre and Dining Room for the staff in the Corporate Office of L&T Limited at Coimbatore at a cost of about Rs 75 lacs.
