Covai Property Centre (India) Private Limited is an Ex-serviceman’s enterprise. Colonel Achal Sridharan, VSM (Retd) is the Managing Director of the Company which has retired Army and Air Force officers and soldiers, who are working in various capacities. Covai Property Centre was born on 14 Dec 2001 with vision to create quality constructions at an affordable cost which meets customers’ expectations. The means to realize the vision was through transparency in dealings, timely completion of projects and through continuous improvement. Today we are involved in a large number of residential and commercial projects. We have specialised in Senior Care projects which have earned a name for themselves in providing freedom and independence to senior citizens with respect and dignity.

We are an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Company for design, construction and marketing of residential and commercial projects.

Covai Property Management Services (P) Ltd is the Services Company of Covai Property Centre and provides services to the projects completed by Covai Property Centre.

Serene Senior Care (Private) Limited is another Company which deals primarily with projects related to Senior Care

For two consecutive years (2008 and 2009), Project Soundaryam – Santhosham Comfort and Retirement Homes and Gem Nirmaalayam, a Gated Community spread over nearly 13 acres, have been given the award of Most Eco Friendly Gated Communities in Coimbatore by the Association of British Scholars and Resident Awareness Association of Coimbatore.

The Company has created finest Senior Care facilities in India. Based on the experience gained in Coimbatore over the past five years, Serene Senior Care Private Limited will take this unique model of Senior Care developed by us to many cities in India to include Chennai, Bangalore, Pune, Vizag, Nasik, Mysore, Hosur, Belgaum, Pondicherry etc in the next five to six years.

Covai Property Centre has completed nearly 770,000 sq ft of residential and commercial projects in Coimbatore. Another 900,000 sq ft of residential projects are either under construction or in the pipeline. The Company was involved in creating basic infrastructure for the Light Engineering Hub of L & T Ltd in Coimbatore spread over 300 acres.
